How we Handle Your Business



We have a 30 minutes obligation free discussion getting to know about you and your
business. After that we send you a once way NDA we have signed and then request that
you send us access to your accounting system, we download your financial data, throw it
into our models and do an assessment of where you at, what need to be fixed and what you
can afford and we will prepare a proposal accordingly.
For Bookkeeping and Payroll services we chare per hour, for CFO advisory type services
like management reporting, forecasting, dahs boards etc we charge on a monthly recurring
retainer basis. The cost will depend on the size of your business and what you can afford,
we in essence tailor our service to your budget and prioritise value for money based on the
priority of you business.
The short answer is yes. With over 30 years combined experience working with SMEs there
is no sector, industry or niche we haven’t had direct experience working with. Feel free to

No you don’t. We have some customers who have been with us for more than 06 years, not
once have we over asked a customer to sign a term contract. Our customers stay with us
because we deliver great value for money.
So tax accounting is all about minimising your tax liability with the ATO, so all of the advise
your tax accountant provides is with this in mind. We are more focused working with you to
grow your business by providing insight into how your business is truly performing from a
profitability and cash generation point of view. We provide planning and foresight and

some instances our customers have a full finance team and we just provide the CFO
components. We are here to offer you what you need and deliver it in a high value cost
